Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before using the ipc2u.fr website.

1. Customer Statement

This website, ipc2u.fr is owned and operated by Sovio Ltd. By using and accessing our website, you ("you", the "user", the “Consumer” or, the "end user") confirm and warrant that you agree to these Terms and Conditions, without modification and/or reservation. These Terms & Conditions shall form the terms and conditions applicable to any use of our website and any and all services provided herein, as well constitute your Agreement to receive goods and services from “IPC2U” and Sovio Ltd. including any of their affiliates (“we”, “us”, “our”, or “IPC2U”). Your terms and conditions or any term of business used by you or any modification or reservation of these Terms & Conditions is hereby expressly excluded and shall not form part of these Terms & Conditions or our Privacy & Cookies Policy, unless expressly agreed to by us in writing.

2. Account and Registration

Accessing our website and viewing products does not require account opening and/or registration.

You are also responsible for any account that you have access to and undertake to be solely responsible for any authorized or unauthorized use of the account. If you choose to make any such amendments you warrant that you shall abide by and observe the terms stated at items 2.1. and 2.2. above and that you will notify IPC2U or Sovio Ltd. immediately of any changes in the shipping address, invoice address and contact details, as well as of any relevant changes in your personal details, in relation to any orders being processed or in any other way awaiting completion. Orders will be dispatched to your last known address / contact. IPC2U or Sovio Ltd. cannot be held responsible for any losses or damages incurred as a result of out-of-date details.

3. Contracting Parties

Placing orders on ipc2u.fr is limited to and/or may be rejected, at the sole discretion of IPC2U for customers:

All contractual agreements entered into will be between IPC2U and individual customers who must be 18 years of age and legally competent and/or legal entities. If IPC2U should unintentionally enter into a contractual agreement with an individual legally incapable to enter contracts, any contractual agreement between the two parties becomes void with immediate effect.

By submitting an order online (i.e. after selecting the product(s), completing the IPC2U online order form and confirming the order by clicking the submit button), or by placing an order in the form of an email, fax, letter or phone call, you issue a legally binding purchase offer which, in order to constitute a legally binding agreement, will need to be accepted by IPC2U.

IPC2U reserves the right to refuse orders. If IPC2U should reject an order, the Consumer will be notified accordingly as soon as practicable.

A legally binding contract will be formed between IPC2U and the Consumer at the time of IPC2U formally confirming the order, or at the time the Consumer has received the goods. Any automated messages sent by IPC2U to Consumers in response to Consumers submitting their orders, do not constitute a formal order confirmation or acceptance of the Consumers order.

4. Cancellation Rights and Return Policy

4.1 Right to Cancel

Consumers can cancel an order within a time period of fourteen (14) days by notifying IPC2U in writing, sending a letter, fax or email to

Orders may be cancelled within a time period of fourteen (14) days, commencing on the day the Consumer, has received the goods. If the delivery comprises of multiple separate shipments, the time period commences on the day the Consumer has received the shipment that completes the delivery.

4.2 Cancellation & Refunds

IPC2U shall refund all payments (excluding delivery charges) received from the Consumer within a time period of fourteen (14) days after the Consumer has cancelled an order. However, IPC2U will not refund any delivery costs incurred by the Consumer opting for delivery methods other than those offered by IPC2U at the time the order was placed.

IPC2U shall have the right to refuse issuing a refund until any goods dispatched under the terms of the contract have been returned to IPC2U at the Consumer’s own cost, or the Consumer has provided proof of return.

The Consumer shall return any goods within a time period of fourteen (14) days commencing on the day the Consumer has notified IPC2U of the order cancellation. Consumers must provide proof of return.

4.3 Returns & Return Costs

If cancelling an order involves returning items to IPC2U, the Consumer agrees to pay the cost of return delivery.

Items that can be returned via mail should be sent to IPC2U.

If the accumulated size or weight of the items prevents returning these items via standard mail, standard courier or parcel carrier, IPC2U will provide a Returns Service (optional), with the cost of return delivery to be paid by the Consumer in advance. Consumers who wish to use the Returns Service may indicate this either at the time they cancel the respective order, or at a later time, by notifying IPC2Us by phone, or sending a letter, fax or email to

Consumers who do not wish to use the Returns Service are legally required to arrange for the return of the items themselves.

In the case of items no longer available at the time the Consumer's order has been received, IPC2U reserves the right to either offer the Consumer items and services matching both quality and price of the original order or to cancel the order entirely. In the latter case, IPC2U shall refund any payment made by the Consumer.

You accept that there may be technical and design deviations from descriptions and information contained or presented in our website as well as design, construction and material changes and IPC2U shall not be liable for any such deviations, in particular but without limitation to any products not manufactured by IPC2U or any of its affiliates. Unless expressly indicated otherwise, IPC2U are not the manufacturer of the products sold on its website. All information about the products on our website is provided for information purposes only. The Consumer agrees to always read labels, warnings and directions provided with the product before use.

IPC2U reserves the right to amend product details on our website if they should be found incorrect or incomplete. IPC2U shall have the right to cancel any order placed for a product the details of which are found to be incorrect or incomplete. IPC2U shall not be liable for any damages, direct or indirect, resulting from amended product details, with the exception of damages caused by intent, gross negligence, or bodily harm.

6. Technical Information and IPC2U Support

All technical information and data regarding on the suitability and operation of the products offered on the IPC2U website are not binding and do not exempt the Consumer from conducting their own tests and trials. The Consumer is solely responsible for the compliance with legal and regulatory requirements in using the delivered products.

If IPC2U is authorized or appointed to provide support and/or perform any work on any products or equipment ordered by the Consumer, any liability or responsibility for the data which is stored on any product or storage device remains with the Consumer. The Consumer alone is responsible for any required backup of any such data.

7. Deliveries and Charges

7.1 Deliveries

Unless otherwise agreed in writing by IPC2U all deliveries of any orders for products, placed by the Consumer to IPC2U, shall be considered to be on an Ex-Works (EXW) Basis, from IPC2U’s warehouses, whereby IPC2U shall determine the carrier, shipment and shipment route. Delivery times indicated upon placing the order or on IPC2U website are approximate and may not be exact, unless the Consumer indicated and IPC2U agrees in writing that for a particular order the delivery time is exact.

The Consumer shall be responsible to procure all appropriate licenses, authorizations for the export of the products, all clearances and comply with customs formalities, whether in the country of delivery or in the exporting country or in a country of transit. If an agreed delivery and performance deadline is exceeded by more than 4 weeks, by reason of IPC2U fault, the Consumer shall allow IPC2U a reasonable grace period of one month to deliver. If delivery is not completed within the grace period, the Consumer shall have the right to cancel the order within two weeks after the lapse of the grace period.

IPC2U reserves the right to deliver any order in parts, provided that such partial deliver of one order shall not, to the discretion of IPC2U, unreasonably affect the rights of the Consumer.

In the event of a delivery being impossible or unreasonably difficult to complete, IPC2U reserves the right to reject the order or to cancel delivery and/or rescind the contract with the Consumer and/or postpone delivery until any obstacles to the completion are removed. In this case IPC2U shall not be responsible or liable for any damages or any right of action and the Consumer shall not have the right to rescind the contract or cancel the order. Where partial delivery has already taken place and part of the delivery remains outstanding and has been deemed impossible or unreasonably difficult to complete, any amount corresponding to such partially delivered order shall be considered to be payment received for the partially delivered order.

7.2 Charges

The amount Consumers pay will be the item price quoted plus delivery charges. Delivery costs applying to a given online order are displayed on the Checkout Page, unless the Consumer selects the option to arrange for his own collection of the products and delivery method.

8. Force Majeure

‘Force Majeure’ means any circumstance outside IPC2U reasonable control including but not limited to:

  1. Acts of God, flood, drought, war, earthquake or other natural disaster
  2. Any law or any action taken by a government or public authority
  3. Any labor or trade dispute, strikes, industrial action or lockouts
  4. Interruption or failure of utility service

In cases of force majeure, IPC2U delivery or performance obligations shall be suspended and where substantial changes in the conditions when concluding the contract have been brought about, IPC2U is entitled to rescind the contract and/or cancel the order.

9. Pricing

All prices quoted on ipc2u.fr are in EURO and represent the total amount due, including VAT charge at the rate that applies in the Consumer's country on the day of purchase. IPC2U reserves the right to individually price items offered online. This means that prices stated on ipc2u.fr may differ from the prices quoted in IPC2U print catalogues/leaflets. For technical reasons, prices displayed in the shopping basket during the check-out may differ from those quoted on the product pages. In this case, prices displayed check-out page apply. IPC2U reserves the right to amend prices displayed in the shopping basket if the amount quoted should be incorrect or incomplete.

IPC2U reserves the right to pass on to the Consumer significant price increases caused by IPC2U suppliers.

IPC2U reserves the right to amend prices if the amount quoted on the IPC2U webpage should be incorrect or incomplete. In these cases, IPC2U shall notify the Consumer of the price change, with the Consumer being entitled to explicitly re-confirm the purchase order at the new price. Otherwise, IPC2U shall have the right to cancel the order. IPC2U shall not be liable for any damages, direct or indirect, resulting from amended product details, with the exception of damages caused by intent, gross negligence, or bodily harm.

10. Payments

All payments are in EURO. At the ipc2u.fr website, all prices are given in USD ($) or EUR (€) excluding tax, shipping and handling. Please note that any bank transfer charges incurred in respect of your order will be added to your balance. If we do not receive your payment within 20 days, your order will be cancelled automatically.

Title to any items shall remain vested in IPC2U and shall not pass to the Consumer, until the purchase price for the items has been paid in full and received by IPC2U. Any replacement items provided by IPC2U shall remain vested in IPC2U until the item has been received by the Consumer. Upon receipt, the item shall become the property of the Consumer.

11. Warranty and Liability

11.1 Warranty

IPC2U provides a 2 year warranty on all new items. This period commences at the delivery date. IPC2U shall not be liable for claims in conjunction with warranties provided by item manufacturers and other third parties at the time of purchase. Consumers wishing to make a claim need to contact the manufacturer of the item directly.

Consumers must notify IPC2U of any deviation from the quantity of the products ordered and the delivered products within one week from the date on which IPC2U has delivered the products to the Consumer. In the event that the Consumer fails to notify IPC2U within this period, the products shall be deemed to have been delivered in full without any deviation from the ordered quantity. Other defects must be reported immediately to the buyer after their discovery.

In the case of the delivered item being faulty or damaged, IPC2U shall either repair the item or provide the Consumer with a replacement item. If IPC2U is unable to repair a faulty item, or provide the Consumer with a replacement item, the Consumer shall be entitled to ask for a reduction of the purchase price, or cancel the order. However, the right to cancel does not apply in the case of minor item faults.

Warranty claims will be excluded if the Consumer or any other party, other than recognized employees of IPC2U make or attempts to make any changes, repairs or modifications to the delivered products the repairs without IPC2U written consent or approval, even after detecting a defect. Warranty and guarantee commitments that are incompatible with or contradict the terms of the regulations under this warranty, are not binding on IPC2U.

IPC2U shall only grant claims in cases in which damage or fault to an item has not been the result of inappropriate handling or overuse by the Consumer.

IPC2U receiving a returned item in conjunction with a claim does not automatically constitute IPC2U accepting the claim.

11.2 Liability

In no event shall IPC2U or its affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, punitive damages or consequential damages of any kind, or any damages whatsoever arising out of or related to your use of the website, the content and other information obtained therein.

Furthermore, IPC2U is not liable to the Consumer (or any other parties) for:

IPC2U shall not be liable to the Consumer (or any other parties) for any damage, and injuries, or loss of income, business or profits as a result of the loss, corruption of, or damage to, data stored by the Consumer on items purchased from IPC2U. By purchasing items from IPC2Us, the Consumer waives their rights to set-off as well as all lien rights.

12. Applicable Law & Jurisdiction

All contractual agreements between IPC2U and The Consumer shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Cyprus. The English language version of the Terms & Condition shall govern both the Consumer's usage of the website and all contractual agreements entered into by placing an order on ipc2u.fr .cy.

13. Copyrights Trademarks and other Rights

All content included in or made available through any of IPC2U’s websites, such as text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads and data compilations is the property of IPC2U or its content suppliers and is protected by Cyprus and international copyright, authors' rights and database right laws. The compilation of all content included in or made available through any IPC2U website is the exclusive property of IPC2U and is protected by Cyprus and international copyright and database right laws.

You may not extract and/or re-utilise parts of the content of any IPC2U website without our express written consent. In particular, you may not utilise any data mining, robots, or similar data gathering and extraction tools to extract (whether once or many times) for re-utilisation any substantial parts of the content of any IPC2U website, without our express written consent.

All graphics, logos, page headers, button icons, scripts, and service names included in or made available through any IPC2U website are trademarks or trade names of IPC2U. IPC2U's trademarks may not be used in connection with any product or service that is not IPC2U's, in any manner that is likely to cause confusion among customers or in any manner that disparages or discredits IPC2U. All other trademarks not owned by IPC2U that appear in any IPC2U website are the property of their respective owners, who may or may not be affiliated with, connected to, or sponsored by IPC2U.

14. Severability

If individual provisions of these Terms & Conditions or of the delivery are deemed to be invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall not be affected and shall remain binding upon the IPC2U and the Consumer.
